Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products/services, and assisting with customer inquiries. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer service abilities, and a focus on achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and investors, introducing them to current real estate listings, offers, and projects.
• Identify and qualify potential leads based on client needs, and pass on high-quality leads to the sales team.
• Provide detailed information about properties (residential, commercial, or land) to clients over the phone, including price, location, amenities, etc.
• Schedule property viewings, meetings, or consultations between potential clients and sales representatives.
• Answer questions about property listings, availability, documentation, and processes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist the sales team in follow-ups and negotiations by providing necessary details or reminders to clients.
