We are looking for a highly driven Sales Executive who is confident in calling, pitching, and closing deals. The role involves high-volume outreach, consistent follow-ups, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential leads (cold calling & warm leads)
Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain strong communication
Understand customer needs and pitch services effectively
Maintain daily call logs and sales reports
Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously
Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Requirements

Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejections
Target-oriented mindset
Good multitasking and time management skills
Basic knowledge of CRM/tools is a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
