Job Description :

We are a fast-growing company specializing in industry of salon furniture. With a strong base of incoming leads, we are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive who can effectively convert leads into customers and help us achieve our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and persuasion.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and sales in CRM/software.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Ability to understand customer needs and offer the right solutions.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.

Prior experience in [your industry] will be preferred (but not mandatory).
