We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. This role involves conducting thorough research, engaging potential clients, and scheduling meetings to help our clients achieve their goals. You will leverage various tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, to ensure a smooth and efficient lead management process.


Job Title: Appointment Setter/ LinkedIn Executive

Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct targeted research to create prospect lists aligned with client profiles.

  • Initiate personalized interactions with potential clients via LinkedIn, emails, and other channels, maintaining consistent follow-ups.

  • Schedule and organize meetings between prospects and Clients, ensuring clear communication and seamless arrangements.

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities for effective lead tracking.

  • Identify and engage with potential leads regularly, monitoring conversations and outcomes.

  • Work closely with the team to align with the overall appointment-setting strategy.


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Expertise in LinkedIn and other prospecting tools and platforms.

  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or lead generation is preferred.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.


Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday & 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
