Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation

   • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services.

   • Generate interest and qualify leads for further follow-up.

   • Maintain daily call reports and update customer database.

2. Customer Meetings & Relationship Building

   • Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects and existing clients.

   • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

   • Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business.

3. Computer & Reporting Skills

   • Use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools to manage data.

   • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.

   • Track sales activities and report performance regularly.

4. Professional Personality & Communication

   • Maintain a confident and positive personality while interacting with clients.

   • Strong communication and negotiation skills to close deals.

   • Presentable appearance and customer-centric approach.

5. New Customer Acquisition

   • Identify new business opportunities in the market.

   • Develop strategies to acquire new clients and expand customer base.

   • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
