Must-Have Skills:

• B2B sales experience (fintech, NBFCs, or payment companies preferred)

• Understanding of SME lending, digital payments & merchant acquisition

• Experience in POS, QR-based payments, or B2B finance solutions

• CRM tools & Excel familiarity

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Self-driven, result-oriented mindset

• Local market knowledge & SME ecosystem awareness

👉 Key Role: Identify, onboard & build relationships with SMEs/merchants, promote payment solutions (POS, UPI, payment gateways), conduct demos, and achieve sales targets.
