Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented sales exicutive to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending customers at site, promoting our real estate layouts, and persuading them to visit our properties for site visits and fallowups. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong persuasive ability, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers using provided data to promote our real estate layouts.

- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and demonstrate how our offerings meet those needs.

- Effectively communicate property features, benefits, and current promotional offers to encourage site visits.

- Schedule and confirm appointments for site visits, ensuring a smooth process for prospective buyers.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and appointments in the CRM system.

- Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled a site visit.

- Provide feedback on customer queries, objections, and suggestions to help refine marketing strategies.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and follow-up after site visits.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
