Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Sales Executive will handle company-generated leads, generate additional leads independently, conduct site visits, and convert prospects into customers for real estate plotting projects. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and a goal-driven approach to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Handling

• Handle leads provided by the company through marketing, campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.

• Qualify and follow up with leads promptly to maximize conversion.

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Generate additional leads through field activities, networking, cold calling, and social media outreach.

• Build and maintain a personal pipeline of potential clients.

Sales & Client Conversion

• Explain project details, pricing, legal documentation, and payment plans.

• Arrange and conduct site visits for prospective buyers.

• Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Guide clients through the booking process and documentation.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and investors.

• Provide post-sale support and coordinate with internal teams for documentation and customer service.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily follow-up reports and visit reports.

• Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and events.

• Keep updated on competitor projects and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales (real estate plotting sales is an added advantage).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build trust and maintain customer relationships.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM usage.

• Two-wheeler preferred for site visits.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
