Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, websites, and other platforms.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective strategies.
Coordinate events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing (agency experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva, or similar.
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with content creation, graphic design, or video marketing.
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
