Job Description :- Store Sales In-Charge – Mobile & Laptop Retail- with Minimum 6 months of Experience in selling Mobiles/Laptops.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in selecting mobile phones, laptops, and accessories
Provide detailed product information and comparisons to help customers make informed decisions
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest tech trends, models, and features
Handle billing, invoicing, and POS transactions accurately
Ensure proper display and stock levels of products on the sales floor
Follow up with customers for feedback and after-sales support
Collaborate with team members to plan promotions and upsell opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for technology and gadgets
Prior experience in retail of selling laptop/mobiles preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with billing systems
High school diploma or equivalent.
