Sales & Order Management Executive

✅ Job Summary

We are looking for a smart and energetic Sales & Order Management Executive who can help grow our cloud kitchen business by increasing orders through online platforms (Swiggy/Zomato) as well as offline marketing and customer handling.

✅ Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

Generate new orders through nearby offices, PGs, hospitals & residential areas

Build repeat customers and maintain relationships

Promote daily offers and combos to increase sales

2. Online Order Management

Handle incoming orders from Swiggy & Zomato

Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely preparation

Ensure smooth handover to delivery partners

3. Packing & Dispatch

Ensure proper packaging and order accuracy

Maintain hygiene and presentation standards

Manage timely dispatch of all orders

4. Customer Interaction

Handle customer calls and WhatsApp orders

Resolve complaints professionally

Collect customer feedback and reviews

5. Marketing Activities

Daily WhatsApp promotions and follow-ups

Distribute flyers / visit nearby locations for promotion

Suggest and execute local marketing ideas

✅ Candidate Requirements

Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)

Sales-oriented mindset (must be proactive)

Basic smartphone/app handling knowledge

Energetic, presentable, and responsible
