We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, converting prospects, and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work across both field and inside sales activities.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, meetings, referrals, and digital platforms
Pitch products/services to potential clients and close deals
Plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns (online & offline)
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
Maintain relationships with clients and ensure repeat business
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover and execution
Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
1–4 years of experience in sales and/or marketing and ready for field and inside sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel for field sales (if required)
Knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage
