Job Overview

Techpixe is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations, email marketing activities, and lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in sales, business development, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to support daily sales activities and targets

• Execute email marketing campaigns and manage email communications with prospects

• Generate and qualify leads through email, online platforms, and other sales channels

• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems

• Follow up with potential clients and schedule meetings or calls for the sales team

• Prepare sales drafts, proposals, quotations, and follow-up emails

• Assist in tracking sales performance and preparing basic sales reports

• Communicate effectively with international (abroad-based) clients when required

• Ensure timely coordination between internal teams and external clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any graduate (degree mandatory)

• 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, sales coordination, email marketing, or lead generation

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong email drafting and professional communication skills

• Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation techniques

• Good knowledge of email marketing tools and online lead sources (preferred)

• Ability to work in rotational afternoon and night shifts

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience handling abroad-based / international clients will be preferred

• Exposure to IT services or digital marketing sales is an added advantage

• Freshers with strong communication and interest in sales are welcome to apply
