Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
Follow up with prospective clients
Maintain lead details in internal systems
Support the client onboarding process
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Maintain basic follow-up records and reports

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
0–2 years experience in sales, tele-calling, or customer support
Fresh graduates may apply
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work from the Koramangala office
