Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Vibhuti Strength LLP, Gurgaon. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, client acquisition, and building long-term business relationships. You will be responsible for generating leads, distributing product samples, and convincing potential clients to choose our plastic sheet solutions.

This is a commission-based opportunity—you will earn 1% of every successful deal you close. It’s a great chance to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing while growing your income based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads in the market.

• Approach potential clients, share product samples, and promote our plastic sheets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term collaboration.

• Follow up on leads, negotiate effectively, and close sales deals.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

• Provide feedback and regular reports to the management team.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates are welcome).

• 0–6+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or client handling.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

• Ability to work independently and generate results.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
