Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at Prime Water Pools Private Limited. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹55000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.

• Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.

• Prepare engaging presentations to highlight product benefits.

• Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Convincing Skills, MS Excel, Lead Generation is an added advantage.

Proposal and Quote Preparation: Draft and prepare proposals and quotes for potential clients based on their requirements. Sales Process Execution: Utilize specific sales techniques to carry out the sales process effectively and close deals over the phone. Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to discuss project details, provide updates, and address any questions or concerns. Client Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates and payment schedules. Collaborate effectively : with team members to achieve sales goals and objectives. Data Management: Maintain and update Excel sheets with sales data, calling logs, and client information. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Performance Incentives: Additional incentives for achieving and surpassing sales targets.
