Prime Healers is a fast-growing home healthcare company providing medical equipment on rent and sale across Bangalore. We support patients after hospital discharge by supplying hospital beds, oxygen concentrators, BiPAP/CPAP machines, wheelchairs, patient monitors, DVT pumps, suction machines, and other home healthcare solutions.

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic Medical Representative to build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, physiotherapists, rehabilitation centres, nursing agencies, and healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to generate patient referrals and expand Prime Healers' network across Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and doctors on a daily basis.

• Promote Prime Healers' home healthcare services and medical equipment.

• Build long-term relationships with consultants, physicians, surgeons, pulmonologists, orthopaedic specialists, neurologists, oncologists, intensivists, and hospital discharge teams.

• Generate qualified patient referrals for equipment rentals and sales.

• Meet physiotherapists, home nursing providers, and rehabilitation centres to establish referral partnerships.

• Identify new business opportunities in assigned territories.

• Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely patient service.

• Achieve monthly referral and business generation targets.

Preferred Candidate

• 1–5 years of experience as a Medical Representative, Healthcare Business Executive, or Hospital Marketing Executive.

• Experience working with doctors and hospitals is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Familiarity with Bangalore healthcare institutions is an advantage.

• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
