Description

We are looking for a Tour Consultant with great enthusiasm for traveling. You will be responsible for promoting and booking traveling arrangements for clients (individuals or businesses). The goal is to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated clientele.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities:

Answer calls and emails promptly from clients

Determining clients needs.

Suggesting suitable travel packages

Selling and retaining travel clients

Updates client information in the database

Processes travel requests for deposits and payments

Follows up with clients returning from trip and contacts past clients to notify of specials and offer assistance with future travel plans.

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

language Required: Gujarati (Mandatory); English; Hindi

Salary: 12,000.00 to 40,000.00 /month
