Sales & Marketing Executive

At Perfumatics Chemicals Exports Pvt. Ltd. we specialize in high-quality floor care solution products including floor polish, polish removers, and high-grade cleaners. We are now looking for a driven Sales Executive to expand our presence in the B2C market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential B2C customers (households, societies, small businesses, showrooms, offices, etc.).

• Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.

• Conduct product demonstrations (floor polish application, cleaner usage, etc.) at client sites when required.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Gather market feedback, competitor information, and share insights with the management team.

• Maintain daily reporting of client visits, demos, and sales in CRM/Excel.

• Maintain and grow the client database effectively.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in direct sales, preferably FMCG, home cleaning, consumer durables, or related industries. Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn may also be considered.

• Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.

  Skills:

  • Excellent communication and convincing ability.

  • Confidence to conduct product demonstrations.

  • Basic knowledge of cleaning/maintenance products (preferred, not mandatory).

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification and Experience Range. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
