Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and solution provider in the HVAC and infrastructure industry, specializing in HVAC Ducting Systems, Air Distribution Products (ADP), MEP Services, and Industrial Projects. We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with strong exposure to HVAC ducting sales and project business development.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Generate new business opportunities for HVAC ducting projects.
Identify and approach consultants, architects, MEP consultants, HVAC contractors, builders, EPC contractors, industrial clients, and corporate customers.
Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and site visits.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Sales & Marketing
Promote HVAC ducting products and project solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
Coordinate with estimation, design, production, and project execution teams.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through CRM and regular reporting.
Market Development
Identify new market opportunities and emerging projects.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and networking activities.
Develop strategies to increase market presence and customer acquisition.
Key Account Management
Handle major accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure customer satisfaction from inquiry to project completion.
Resolve commercial and service-related issues effectively.
Generate repeat business and client referrals.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in HVAC Ducting Sales, Industrial Ducting, GI Ducts, Spiral Ducts, Air Distribution Products (ADP), or HVAC project sales.
Strong network with MEP consultants, HVAC contractors, EPC companies, architects, builders, and industrial clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of HVAC systems, duct fabrication, project execution, and tendering.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
