We are looking for dynamic and driven Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in designated market segments.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Identify Business Opportunities: Analyze prospects and evaluate their position in the industry through market research and sales strategies.

2. Lead Generation: Through client visits, secondary research, and referral partnerships.

3. Client Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers by offering timely support and solutions.

4. Market Mapping: Regularly conduct market mapping to identify and engage new potential customers.

5. Sales Reporting: Maintain daily records using CRM tools or designated reporting formats.

6. Customer Support: Address client queries and objections proactively within defined timelines.

7. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with company product offerings and technological developments.

8. QMS Compliance: Maintain records and documentation in accordance with Quality Management System standards.

Required Skills:

• Experience in frontline sales, ideally in Oil & Gas or Life Sciences.

• Strong presentation, prospecting, and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).

• Self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude.
