Key Responsibilities

✔ Generate leads through calls, networking, referrals, and follow-ups.
✔ Engage with prospective clients to understand their property needs.
✔ Present and explain property features, pricing, and benefits.
✔ Arrange and conduct site visits with clients.
✔ Negotiate terms and close property deals.
✔ Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets. Apna

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Education: 12th pass or graduate (Business/Marketing/Commerce preferred). Apna

✔ Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
