Organic Options is looking for a passionate and driven Marketing & Sales Executive to expand our customer base and strengthen brand presence. This role involves both field sales and digital marketing, with a focus on promoting organic, farm-fresh products.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and on-board customers (apartments, communities, individuals)
Manage and grow daily/weekly sales orders
Build relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
Handle Whatsapp marketing, and local promotions
Coordinate with operations team for smooth order delivery
Conduct product awareness activities (stalls, events, sampling)
Track sales performance and share regular updates
🎯 Required Skills
Strong communication & convincing skills
Interest in organic food / sustainable living
Basic knowledge of sales & marketing strategies
Social media handling (Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.)
Ability to work independently and take ownership
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in sales / marketing / FMCG / organic products
Local area knowledge (Bengaluru preferred)
Two-wheeler is a plus (for field visits)
