We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship will provide you with real-time exposure to customer acquisition, operational execution, strategic planning, and interdepartmental coordination, helping you build a strong foundation in business development.
Customer Acquisition:
Engage with potential customers through various channels to promote products and convert leads into clients.
Operational Approach:
Support day-to-day sales and marketing operations, ensuring timely follow-ups, documentation, and smooth field activities.
Strategic Management:
Assist in analyzing sales trends, competitor strategies, and market behavior to contribute to strategy development.
Team Alignment:
Coordinate with internal teams to align goals, ensure seamless execution of marketing plans, and maintain consistency in messaging.
Cross-Departmental Coordination:
Liaise with departments like logistics, customer service, and finance to streamline processes supporting the sales cycle.
MIS & Reporting:
Maintain and update marketing and sales reports (MIS) to help track performance, leads, conversions, and other KPIs.
Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of marketing tools and data handling (Excel, CRM, etc.)
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
Eagerness to learn and take initiative
