Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Role Summary

We are looking for a Client Acquisition Manager who can independently bring in clients and consulting projects for our management consulting services. This is a revenue-focused role. If you can’t close deals, this role won’t work.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new clients for management consulting services
Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold outreach
Pitch consulting services to business owners and decision-makers
Convert leads into signed projects
Maintain a strong local business network in Surat
Regular field visits across Surat for meetings and follow-ups

Requirements

Proven ability to acquire clients and close deals
Strong communication, negotiation, and pitching skills
Willingness to travel across Surat for business development
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
