Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Executive to generate business opportunities and close deals by reaching out to potential business clients via phone calls. The role involves identifying prospects, understanding their business needs, pitching products/services, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to potential business clients.
Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
Present and explain products/services to decision-makers.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Schedule product demos or meetings when required.
Maintain and update CRM or sales records.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations).
Handle client objections and close sales effectively.
Required Skills
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Confidence in cold calling and lead generation.
Basic understanding of B2B sales processes.
Ability to handle rejections and objections professionally.
Good negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools or sales software is a plus.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
0–3 years experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
