Key Responsibilities
1. Visit courts, chambers, Tis Hazari, Patiala House, Karkardooma, and legal offices daily as
per schedule
Follow the pre-planned route and ensure regular presence in assigned courts and legal hubs.
Build visibility and rapport by maintaining consistency and punctuality during field visits.
2. Meet lawyers, explain Vakeel Assist app, and show how it works
Initiate professional conversations with lawyers, introducing the app in a friendly and relatable manner.
Give a quick live demo on phone/tablet to show practical use cases of the app.
3. Distribute brochures/pamphlets and collect contact details
Hand over marketing materials like brochures, flyers, or pamphlets during visits for easy
reference.
Collect lawyers’ phone numbers, emails, and other details for follow-up and database
building.
4. Pitch the product in a simple and convincing way
Communicate benefits without heavy jargon, focusing on real problems lawyers face daily.
Tailor the pitch according to the lawyer’s practice area (criminal, civil, corporate, etc.).
5. Help lawyers in signing up and completing onboarding
Assist with app installation, registration, and profile creation on the spot.
Resolve small technical hurdles immediately to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
6. Achieve daily/weekly targets of meetings and conversions
Plan the number of lawyers to be approached daily/weekly and track progress.
Work proactively to convert maximum visits into successful registrations.
7. Maintain basic reports of visits and share feedback with the team
Record details of meetings, responses, and conversions in reporting sheets or CRM.
Share insights and on-ground challenges with the internal team to improve strategy.
