Job Title: Solar Sales Executive / Solar Salesman

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Solar Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers. This role requires strong customer relationship skills, the ability to generate leads, and a passion for renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking
Educate customers about solar energy products, benefits, and cost savings
Conduct site visits and assess customer requirements
Deliver compelling sales presentations and close deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution
Maintain customer database and provide regular sales reports to management
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: up to 10th pass
Experience: [0–1 years / relevant sales experience preferred
Prior experience in solar, electrical, or related field is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel and perform field sales activities
Basic understanding of solar systems and renewable energy (training can be provided)
Ability to use smartphones, CRM tools, and basic computer applications
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of rooftop solar systems and government subsidies
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and in a team
