Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Marketing Executive – Field Sales for the interiors industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, visiting sites, coordinating with architects/interior designers, and promoting interior solutions and services.
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through field visits, references, and direct marketing.
Meet homeowners, builders, architects, contractors, and interior designers to promote company services.
Conduct site visits and understand client requirements.
Explain interior solutions, products, and project offerings to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into projects.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Coordinate with the design and execution team for smooth project handling.
Maintain daily reports of client meetings, site visits, and sales activities.
Identify market trends and competitor activities in the interiors segment.
Requirements
Experience in field sales/marketing, preferably in interiors, furniture, construction, or real estate industry.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM handling.
Strong customer handling and presentation skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
