Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Manager / Marketing Head Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday | 2nd & 4th Saturday Off | All Sundays Off
About the Role
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-driven Female Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive business growth. She should be a great communicator with a passion for sales and a flair for marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, field visits, and networking
Present and pitch products/services to potential clients in a compelling manner
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Prepare sales reports, quotations, and proposals for clients
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order execution and client satisfaction
Marketing
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
Coordinate with the design team for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
Support social media marketing efforts and help with content ideation
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Help build and maintain the company's brand image in the market
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the point of contact for clients and ensure timely resolution of queries
Maintain a strong client database using CRM tools
Build long-term professional relationships based on trust and value delivery
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team for product/service improvement
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports
Coordinate with internal departments including design, digital, and operations
Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for sales growth strategies
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (freshers with good communication skills may be considered)
Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales is an advantage
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
Confident, presentable, and professional demeanor
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
