We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to drive growth for our brand-new automobile spare parts retail venture. This dual role requires a proactive professional who will manage counter sales while aggressively building a B2B network. You will spearhead local marketing campaigns, secure partnerships with garages and workshops, and establish our presence in the market.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive retail, aftermarket spares, or dealership sales.
Education: High school diploma required. A diploma or degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering is a major plus.
Communication: Fluent in the local language for field marketing, with functional English for system work.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a personal two-wheeler for field visits.
Fixed Salary: Competitive base pay matching industry standards for retail set ups.
Incentives: Uncapped performance-linked commissions driven by sales target milestones.
