Sales & Marketing Executive

1. Sales & Business Development

Identify and reach out to potential corporate gifting clients, gifting agencies, retailers, event planners, and other B2B customers.

Conduct cold calls, follow up with leads, and build relationships with prospective clients over calls, email, and WhatsApp.

Manage incoming enquiries, prepare quotations, share catalogs, and follow up consistently to convert leads into orders.

Maintain a structured database of leads, client interactions, quotations, and sales opportunities.

Explore new sales channels and opportunities to grow the brand.

2. WhatsApp & Customer Marketing

Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing and customer outreach campaigns for product launches, festive gifting, offers, and repeat purchases.

Maintain customer and prospect databases and ensure timely follow-ups.

Assist with email outreach, promotional campaigns, and other customer engagement initiatives.

3. Sales Operations & Organization

Maintain Excel sheets and trackers for leads, orders, follow-ups, sales performance, and client databases.

Keep sales records, quotations, and customer information accurate and up to date.

Track pending enquiries, upcoming follow-ups, order status, and other important tasks independently.

Help improve existing processes and bring more structure to day-to-day operations.

4. Marketing & Brand Support

Assist with basic Canva designs for catalogs, presentations, product promotions, and sales collateral.

Coordinate product catalogs, gifting proposals, and marketing material for B2B clients.

Support product launches, festive campaigns, collaborations, and other marketing initiatives.

Contribute ideas to improve brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.

5. General Business Support

Be willing to take ownership of additional tasks and projects as the business grows.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of orders and campaigns.

Take initiative, identify gaps, and proactively suggest solutions rather than waiting for instructions for every task.
