Sales & Marketing Executive

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

• Achieve sales targets through annual and quarterly planning

• Prepare and implement sales strategies at country level

• Generate high-value clients and bulk orders

• Plan sales based on product-wise and market-wise analysis

2. Market Expansion & Business Development

• Identify new domestic and international markets

• Appoint new distributors, dealers, and channel partners

• Expand business with existing customers

• Conduct competitor analysis and develop pricing strategies

3. Client Relationship Management

• Handle key accounts (major buyers, importers, distributors)

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients

• Handle client complaints, escalations, and negotiations

• Coordinate payment terms, credit limits, and recoveries

4. Team Management & Leadership

• Lead the sales team (regional, area managers, executives)

• Define targets, KRAs, and incentives for the team

• Conduct sales training, performance reviews, and motivation

• Address low performance and discipline issues

5. Pricing, Margin & Profitability Control

• Ensure profitability in all sales activities

• Manage discounts and special pricing approvals

• Maintain balance between cost and selling price

• Control low-margin and loss-making deals

6. Coordination with Internal Departments

• Coordinate with operations, logistics, finance, and purchase teams

• Ensure order execution, dispatch, and delivery timelines

• Maintain awareness of export documentation and compliance

• Support stock planning and demand forecasting

7. Compliance & Reporting

• Submit country-level sales MIS and reports to Management

• Highlight market risks, payment risks, and business challenges

• Follow company policies and ethical business practices

8. Brand Representation

• Maintain and strengthen the brand image of NANCY IMPEX

• Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings

• Develop strategic partnerships
