Role Overview:

Aap hamari team ka ek important hissa banenge jahan aapko apne technical aur interpersonal skills ka use karte hue clients, team members, aur projects ko efficiently handle karna hoga. Aapko naye challenges lene honge aur hamare product Biz Control ko har din aur behtar banane mein madad karni hogi.
Key Responsibilities:

• Biz Control app ke modules ko samajhna aur effectively use karna

• Clients ke queries ka samadhan karna aur unhe timely support provide karna

• Sales leads ko follow up karna aur successful property bookings ko finalize karna

• Employee attendance, payroll, aur task management ko monitor karna

• Digital marketing campaigns mein contribute karna (agar applicable ho)

• Team ke saath milkar targets achieve karna aur regular reports dena

• Customer feedback ko collect karna aur product improvements mein support dena.
  
  Required Skills & Qualifications:
  

  • No high qualification required

  • Hindi aur English dono mein communication skills strong honi chahiye

  • Basic computer knowledge, MS Office, aur mobile apps ka use aana chahiye

  • Real estate ya CRM/HR software ka gyaan hona faydemand rahega

  • Problem-solving aur team collaboration skills honi chahiye

  • Positive attitude, learning ke liye open, aur result oriented hona zaroori hai
