Handle government tenders including documentation, bidding, follow-up, and coordination.
- Meet with builders, architects, contractors, and government departments to promote company products and services.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, market research, and client meetings.
- Represent the company in the builder market and government offices.
- Negotiate effectively and close deals with clients.
- Maintain strong customer relations to ensure repeat business and long-term growth.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare regular reports.
Key skills :
Strong knowledge of Government Tender Process & Documentation.
- Experience in Builder/Architect/Construction Market preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Ability to close deals and achieve targets under deadlines.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and confident in client interactions.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email Drafting, GeM/Tender Portals).
Qualifications.
Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
.- 2–5 years of relevant sales experience (Govt. Tender & Builder Segment experience will be an advantage)
