Position: Tender Executive / Tender Specialist

Industry: Healthcare / EPC / Govt. Projects (Medical Gas Pipeline, Modular OT, etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle PWD, CPWD, GEM, E-Tendering Portals and other Government departments for tender participation.

End-to-end tender process management including:

Searching tenders and evaluating eligibility.

Preparing tender documentation, BOQ, and technical compliance.

Uploading bids on e-procurement portals.

Coordinating with internal departments for document collection.

Preparing pre-bid queries, attending pre-bid meetings if required.

Ensure timely submission of bids, amendments, corrigendum handling.

Handle Tender fee, EMD, BG preparation with banks/finance team.

Maintain proper tender tracker, records, and MIS reports.

Ensure compliance with tender terms, conditions, and legal requirements.

Coordinate with clients/government officials for clarifications.

Assist in post-tender activities: LOA, Work Order, Agreement signing, etc.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of PWD, CPWD, GEM, and E-procurement portals.

Good understanding of Tender documentation, Contracts, and Govt. compliances.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Good communication skills (English & Hindi).

Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.

Ability to work independently and meet strict timelines.

Qualification:

Graduate (Any Stream). Preference for candidates with exposure to Govt. EPC / Healthcare / Infra tenders.
