Sales & Business Development:
Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, field visits, networking, and following up on marketing-generated inquiries.
Conduct daily meetings with prospective and existing clients (hospitals, clinics, distributors) to understand their needs and promote suitable products.
Present, demonstrate, and articulate the features and benefits of Maxcare Devices' products effectively.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to build loyalty and secure repeat business.
Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and activity reports to the Zone Manager.
Technical Service & Support:
Collect comprehensive technical information from customer drawings, specifications, or samples to facilitate accurate quotation generation.
Act as a liaison between the customer and the internal technical/quotation team to ensure clear communication of requirements.
Gather post-sales feedback and report any product performance issues to the service and quality departments.
Develop expert-level knowledge of the assigned territory, including key clients, competitors, and market trends.
3.0 Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Diploma in Mechanical
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in field sales, technical sales, or a customer-facing service role, preferably in the medical devices, pharmaceutical, or capital equipment industry. Fresh graduates with relevant internship projects are encouraged to apply.
Must possess a two-wheeler (Motorcycle) and Valid driving license.
