Job Purpose
To drive B2B sales of recycled plastic granules, expand customer base, and grow revenue through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for recycled plastic granules
Identify and build relationships with industrial buyers and converters
Achieve sales targets through lead generation and client retention
Coordinate with production and logistics teams for order fulfillment
Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
Skills & Knowledge Required
Strong knowledge of plastic recycling materials and processes
Proven experience in B2B industrial sales (B2C exposure is a plus)
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel extensively
