We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at at Magicbeans- A Leading Furniture Manufacturing Company located at Bangalore and Hyderabad. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Work Schedule: 5 days a week
What you will do:
Marketing (60%): Run and optimize paid ads on Meta (Instagram/Facebook) & Google Ads. Manage social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and create simple graphics for the social sites.
Inside Sales (40%): Promptly call and follow up on inbound leads. Share quotes, designs and increase sale.
Language- English & Kannada. Hindi Optional.
What we are looking for:
2–3 years of hands-on experience handling Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Inside Sales.
Prior experience in furniture, interior design, or real estate is a big plus!
Excellent spoken and written English. Knowledge of Kannada or Hindi is helpful.
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads dashboard.
