Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor located in Delhi, India. The Senior Admissions Counselor will manage and support student recruitment, conduct informational sessions, assist with admission processes, provide exceptional customer service, and develop relationships with potential students. The role also includes outreach activities, follow-up communications, and creating a welcoming environment for prospective students.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
Proficiency in Customer Service and Sales
Experience in the Education sector
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
