Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IndiaMART Executive to manage inquiries and generate business opportunities through the IndiaMART platform. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming leads and inquiries from IndiaMART. Contact customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp. Understand customer requirements and provide product information. Prepare quotations and follow up with potential clients. Convert inquiries into sales orders. Maintain customer records and update lead status. Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for smooth order processing. Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel). Experience with IndiaMART or a similar B2B platform is preferred. Strong customer handling and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
