Hiring: Sales Executive / Client Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a polished, confident, and result-driven Sales Executive who can handle client conversations, generate quality leads, follow up consistently, and convert serious inquiries into projects.
Role Responsibilities:
Speak with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings
Generate and qualify leads for architectural, interior, and construction projects
Understand client requirements, budget, and project expectations
Present company services in a professional and convincing manner
Follow up regularly and convert inquiries into consultations, site visits, and confirmed projects
Maintain proper lead records and daily follow-up updates
What We Are Looking For:
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Confident personality with professional client-handling ability
Good follow-up discipline and closing mindset
Experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or client conversion preferred
Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp, email, and CRM-style tracking
Hindi and English speaking required; local language is a plus
Preferred Candidate:
Someone who is serious about sales, understands how to build trust with clients, and can help grow a premium architecture and design business through strong lead conversion.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Salary: 8,000 + Incentive 60,000 per conversion
