Job Role: Sales Executive (Female)

We are looking for a smart, confident, and energetic female Sales Executive who can manage incoming and outgoing client communication, handle WhatsApp & email marketing, and most importantly, convert leads into appointments and product sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend all incoming client calls politely and confidently.

• Make outgoing calls to follow up on projects, leads, and offers.

• Communicate professionally on WhatsApp Business and reply to customer queries.

• Execute email marketing campaigns, sending offers and follow-ups.

• Book appointments for Vaastu consultations and product discussions.

• Maintain lead records and update daily reports on Excel/Google Sheets.

• Support digital sales and cross-promotion of company products and services.

• Attend to client calls and WhatsApp messages even after office hours when required.

• Work closely with the marketing and management teams to achieve monthly targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication in Hindi and English.

• Confident in handling calls, WhatsApp chats, and emails.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Gmail, Google Sheets).

• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service preferred.

• Positive, polite, and patient attitude with willingness to learn.

📍 Location: Eros Garden, Faridabad

🕒 Timings: 9am – 6.30pm

💰 Salary: ₹20000– ₹40000 per month (Plus incentives based on performance)

👩‍💼 Work Mode: Office Only (No Work From Home)
