Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will help grow our business by generating new leads, engaging with clients, and enhancing our presence on B2B and social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Management:
Manage the company’s profile on B2B platforms like Indiamart, TradeIndia, etc., to generate quality leads.
Regularly monitor, manage, and follow up with leads generated from B2B platforms to convert them into potential clients.
Customer Engagement:
Identify and reach out to potential customers via social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Plan, execute, and monitor social media ad campaigns to attract new clients.
Engage directly with prospects and respond promptly to inquiries.
Cold Calling & Client Interaction:
Make cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and pitching our products effectively.
Client Account Management:
Regularly update existing clients on new products, offers, and promotions.
Handle client concerns, provide solutions, and ensure issues are resolved promptly to increase satisfaction and revenue growth.
Follow up regularly with existing clients to ensure repeat orders and maintain a positive business relationship.
Sales Reporting & Feedback:
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales, and follow-up activities.
Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to assist in developing marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing will be preferred.
Proficient in using computers, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet browsing.
Good knowledge of digital marketing, including social media marketing and online advertising.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English is essential.
Experience with cold calling and telemarketing is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills, customer-focused, and result-driven mindset.
