Sales & Marketing Executive

Ø  Coordinate with the team in order for smooth flow and ease of working

Ø  Coordinate regarding ongoing orders and dispatch planning

Ø  Working on planning sheets for: updating monthly sales order sheet, updating monthly dispatch sheet on routine basis, updating monthly planning sheet, updating payment follow up sheet

Ø  Coordination with production unit for: Update and follow up for current orders and dispatch

Ø  Assisting in terms of new order and special requirement

Ø  SAP related tasks like SAP report generation regarding orders and dispatch, checking material characteristics, listing of materials, etc.

Ø  Sending PO, Tax invoice and payment follow-up
