Key Responsibilities
Visit customer sites including hotels, restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, and catering establishments.
Meet clients to understand their commercial kitchen requirements.
Conduct site surveys and gather necessary measurements and operational details.
Prepare and present product quotations and commercial proposals.
Guide customers in selecting suitable kitchen equipment based on their business needs.
Coordinate with the design team for kitchen layout planning and equipment placement.
Explain kitchen workflow, equipment specifications, and project requirements to clients.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and project approvals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, hotel owners, restaurant operators, and contractors.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Coordinate with installation and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
