Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and confident Sales Executive for our premium bath fittings and sanitaryware business.

The ideal candidate should have experience in selling bath fittings, sanitaryware, tiles, building materials, or similar premium products. Candidates with experience in brands such as Kohler, Jaquar, Grohe, Hindware, or similar brands will be preferred.

This is not only a counter-sales job. The candidate should be comfortable handling customers, understanding their requirements, preparing quotations, following up, handling price objections, and closing sales.

Main Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in, phone, and online customer enquiries.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Prepare accurate quotations and product details.

• Follow up regularly with customers and convert enquiries into sales.

• Handle customer questions and objections related to pricing and products.

• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

• Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the internal team regarding orders and customer requirements.

• Learn and maintain strong knowledge of our products and brands.

• Use computers and business software for daily work.

Required Skills

• 2 or more years of sales experience in bath fittings, sanitaryware, building materials, interior products, tiles, or a similar industry.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend the right products.

• Experience in quotation making and sales follow-up.

• Good negotiation and closing skills.

• Comfortable handling price objections.

• Comfortable and reasonably fast with computers and typing.

• Good working knowledge of Excel or similar software.

• Candidates who have used Tally, Busy, CRM, billing software, ERP, or similar business software will be preferred.

• Comfortable learning new software and systems.

Salary

₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills. Incentives may be provided based on performance.
