Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role We’re hiring for a field-based role that involves both marketing and operational responsibilities. The person will be responsible for visiting client sites, ensuring all deliveries and installations are done correctly and on time, and handling any follow-up tasks required at the client’s location. Key Responsibilities • Visit client locations to monitor and confirm timely product delivery and proper installation. • Coordinate with the internal team and logistics to ensure smooth execution of client orders. • Follow up with clients regarding their satisfaction and gather feedback. • Maintain daily records of visits, updates on work progress, and any issues faced at the site. • Handle basic client coordination and support during and after product installation. • Ensure all operational and on-site requirements are met according to the project timeline. Requirements • Willingness to travel within Delhi/NCR for client visits. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Ability to manage time and handle on-site tasks independently. • Basic understanding of field operations and client handling. • Any educational background is welcome.
