Job Title: Relationship Manager (Education Loans)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Relationship Manager to join our education loan team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in sales and financial services. You will be responsible for guiding students and parents through the education loan process and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through colleges, referrals, and online channels

Connect with students and parents to explain education loan options

Assist customers throughout the loan application and documentation process

Follow up on leads and convert them into successful disbursements

Build and maintain relationships with students, institutions, and partners

Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA is a plus)

0–1 year of experience in sales/customer-facing role (freshers can apply)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of financial products (preferred, not mandatory)

Strong willingness to learn and grow in sales
