·         Handling new and existing clients, ensuring strong relationship management.

·         Generating new business leads through various methods, including cold calling.

·         Taking appointments and conducting meetings with clients to understand requirements for creative projects, exhibitions, and events.

·         Preparing and sending cost quotations to clients as per their requirements.

·         Coordinating effectively with the creative team by providing clear client briefs.

·         Creating professional PowerPoint presentations for client pitches and meetings.

·         Maintaining daily activity reports and sharing them with the reporting manager.
